About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Part Time Team Member to join our team at TEEZ Hair Studio in Highland Village, TX. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our salon.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar
- Assist stylists and technicians with client needs and salon maintenance
- Process payments and handle retail transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in salon management software is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly and professional demeanor
